Walnut storage chest inspired by the Sienese school of the 16th century. Lid can be opened with a key, decorated and carved with a serrated edge. The front with a central rosette and side ribbon decorations, to emphasize the decor executed with strict cabinet-making fidelity. The lateral pilasters are carved with an acanthus leaf motif. The foot, also carved with an Ionic capital motif, characterizes the architectural furniture of the period. Interiors in fir wood with a deep well compartment.
