Baroque desk with herringbone walnut veneer top and maple inlay, five inlaid drawers featuring the same inlay: four dovetailed side drawers with a contoured shape and a recessed central drawer with a key. Enclosed gallery and shaped beech legs with carved decorations also featured on the side rails and the back apron.
Sublime example of a baroque desk, the Melissa model stands out for the refinement of details and the uniqueness of its craftsmanship. The top, enriched by a careful herringbone walnut veneer and finished with a delightful maple thread, harmoniously matches the drawers, which replicate the same inlaid pattern.
The five dovetail drawers, four of which are laterally positioned with contouring and one central, recessed and equipped with a key, add a touch of class and functionality to the entire piece.
The gallery is closed and the legs, with an exclusive contoured profile, are made of beech. The elegant carved decorations, masterfully reproduced also on the side rails and the back skirt, give an additional aesthetic value. A piece of refined elegance, suitable to confer a unique charm to the space in which it is placed.
