Walnut and cherry shaped Bologna sideboard, inspired by early 1700s and faithful reproduction of the original Louis XIV. Characterized by two doors and one shaped drawer under top, and decorated with geometrical pattern inlays: dark walnut base with light-toned elm marquetry and ebony profiles. Cast antique brass handles and keys. The shelf feet recall seventeenth-century style, but overall, the structure leans towards the lighter taste of the eighteenth century, particularly with regional Bolognese nuances.
Shaped Bolognese sideboard in fine walnut and cherry wood, it exudes the elegance of the early 1700s with the timeless charm of Louis XIV. It features two doors and a drawer below, all shaped, enhancing the balance between tradition and the captivating taste of the eighteenth century. The sideboard is further made distinctive through folder inlays, created following exclusive geometric patterns. The creative use of color creates a visual contrast: the dark walnut base blends with elegant elm marquetry in lighter tones, bordered by sophisticated profiles in ebony. The vents and keys are made of cast antique brass, further enriching the piece. The console feet are a nostalgic echo of the seventeenth-century style. Yet, the overall composition projects lightly towards the regional characteristics of eighteenth-century Bologna, making it ideal for lovers of furniture with a strong historical identity.
