Fosciandora
Code: ME.0448-1
Renaissance walnut credenza inspired by the 16th-century Tuscan style, with Spanish-influenced carvings due to Charles V's advent in Italy. The piece features a cornice with a serrated carving. Smooth pilasters with a cornice alternate with three robustly carved frame doors, a floral marquetry in the center and thin profiles with geometric decoration in maple on the frames, a design that is also repeated on the sides. The interiors made of ash and linden wood accommodate five shelves and two drawers. The molded plinth at the base characterizes the architectural furniture of the period. In the photo, white stained and lacquered structure (code: White) with green lacquered profiles and gold lacquered frames, very antiqued.
A majestic Renaissance sideboard that, straight from the Tuscan 16th century, draws its unique features. Every detail evokes the style of the era, from the charming Spanish-influenced bulges as a result of Charles V's passage through Italy, to the unmistakable shadow of the lintel with a notched carving molding. The elegant smooth pilasters with frame counterpoint the three heavily bulged frame doors, illuminated by a delicate floral inlay at the center.
The geometric maple call in the frames and sides adds a touch of sophistication, while the interiors made of ash and linden wood accommodate five shelves and two drawers. The characteristic molded plinth at the base perfectly embodies the aesthetic of the architectural furniture of the period.
Finished in a white nuance (code: Bianco), with lacquered profiles in green and gold frames, the result is an antiqued work of art that awakens memories of an aesthetics lost over time. Each piece is, therefore, not just a piece of furniture, but a true heritage of style and elegance.
