Renaissance sideboard in walnut inspired by the 16th-century Tuscan style, with grooves influenced by the Spanish due to the arrival of Charles V in Italy. The composition features a lintel with a notched carving. Smooth pilasters with cornices alternate with three heavily molded frame doors, with floral inlay in the center and thin maple profiles with a geometric decoration on the frames, a pattern that is also repeated on the sides. The interiors in ash and linden house five shelves and two drawers. The molded plinth at the base characterizes the architectural furniture of the period.
Our Walnut Renaissance credenza is a jewel of art inspired by the Tuscan Renaissance of the 1500s. Its elegance is reflected in the carving, with clear Spanish influence due to Charles V's arrival in Italy. The architrave, adorned with a serrated carving, and the smooth pilasters are precious and refined. The three framed doors, beautifully embossed, showcase a sumptuous floral marquetry in the center. The thin profiles decorated with a bold geometric pattern in maple emphasize the beauty of the frames, a pattern that is also found on the sides of the furniture. The interiors, made in delicate shades of ash and lime wood, offer the necessary space with five shelves and two drawers. The pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the molded plinth at the base, a distinctive feature of the architectural furniture of the period. This credenza is not just a piece of furniture; it is a fascinating testimony to an unparalleled historical and artistic moment.Finishings
