Before submitting your purchase order, Customer is required to read carefully these general sales conditions.
The forwarding of the purchase order implies the full knowledge and express acceptance of both the general conditions of sale mentioned above and those indicated in the Order Form. After completing the online shopping procedure, Customer is required to print and retain these general sales conditions and the relevant order form, which have already been viewed and accepted.
1. OBJECT AND SUBJECT

1.4 The products are sold to the customer identified by the data entered upon the compilation and sending of the order form in electronic format with the simultaneous acceptance of these General Sales Conditions.

2.8 Upon termination of the contract, the Seller shall take charge of the Client's Order for its evasion.
3. EVASION OF THE ORDER
3.1 By transmitting the order online, the Customer accepts unconditionally and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Seller, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3.2 When the contract is concluded, the Seller shall send to the Customer, by electronic mail, a Confirmation of the Order.
3.3 The Seller may, by e-mail or telephone, request the Customer to provide further information regarding the order sent through the Internet.
3.4 The Seller may not undertake any Customer's Purchase Orders that do not provide sufficient solvency guarantees or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of the products. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed the Customer Order specifying its reasons. 3.5 If the products presented on the site are no longer available or sold after the Order has been sent, the Seller have to communicate it to the Customer promptly and in any case within 10 working days from the day following that in which He will have sent his order to the Seller, the possible unavailability of the Products ordered. In such a case, the amount previously charged on the payment method of the Customer will be refunded.

4. SALE PRICES

6. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
6.1 All items in our catalog have an estimated delivery time of 20 to 90 days from the order. This is because the products we market are tailor-made and on a single job.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.4 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

8. PRODUCT WARRANTY

12. Applicable law, dispute resolution and competent court

Therefore, the Customer will be asked to accept exclusively the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of the relevant purchase.
