THE SOMMELIER SIDEBOARD
An example of a classic and elegant interpretation is this cherry sommelier sideboard, with side compartments organized in a honeycomb pattern. The central compartment, with a mirrored back, is designed to hold over 30 glasses and their decanters, while the drawer under the top accommodates sommelier tools.
Under the large upper shelf in a copper plate are pull-out shelves, with a push-pull system, also covered in copper, for table service. On the top, two small display cases house spirits and tasting glasses. The leather-covered riser adds another level of sophistication, while the configuration can include professional wine climatizers and cigar humidors, ensuring ideal storage conditions.
